Welcome to Groopfy! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Groopfy plugin, website, and related services ("Services"). By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Overview

Groopfy provides WooCommerce-compatible software that enables group buying functionality for eCommerce store owners. The plugin may be purchased as a one-time license or accessed via a subscription, depending on the version.

2. License & Usage

Upon purchasing Groopfy, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-site or multi-site license (based on your purchase plan).
You may use Groopfy for personal or commercial use in accordance with the license purchased
You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the plugin without written permission from Groopfy.

3. Account Registration

If accessing premium features via a SaaS dashboard or marketplace account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Refund Policy

We offer a refund policy only if the product fails to work as described, and you have first contacted our support team to attempt resolution. Refunds will not be granted for:

Change of mind
Compatibility with unsupported third-party plugins/themes
Failure to read documentation or installation instructions

For plugins sold on third-party marketplaces (e.g., WooCommerce Marketplace, CodeCanyon), refunds are subject to those platforms’ policies.

5. Support & Updates

Your purchase includes access to support and updates for the duration defined by your plan (e.g., 6 months or 1 year).
We reserve the right to limit support to active users with valid licenses.
Feature requests are welcomed but not guaranteed.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: Use Groopfy for illegal or abusive purposes Reverse engineer, modify, or tamper with the plugin’s core code Use automated tools to exploit or overload the plugin or services

7. Limitation of Liability

Groopfy is provided “as is” and we do not guarantee that the plugin will be error-free or uninterrupted. Under no circumstances will Groopfy be liable for any direct or indirect loss or damages arising from the use of our services.

8. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
